Support
This page explains how to use QiXia and how to reach us if something goes wrong. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the User Policy.
1. What the app does
- Chinese Chess: play the computer (five levels) or a friend on the same device;
- Go: versus the computer or local two-player, on 9×9, 13×13, or 19×19, with komi and coordinates;
- Optional clocks: timeout loses; unlimited time shows elapsed time;
- Unfinished games can be resumed from the lobby. Finished games can be replayed or deleted from History.
2. Getting started
- Agree to the User Policy and Privacy Policy on the home screen before starting a game;
- Choose mode, difficulty, and other settings in that game’s lobby;
- Language follows the system: Simplified Chinese uses Chinese; other languages use English.
3. Common questions
Tapping a game does nothing? Check the agreement box for the User Policy and Privacy Policy first.
Where is the game I left unfinished? Open that game’s lobby and choose “Continue unfinished game”. Ending the game discards the save.
History is empty? Only finished games are listed — for example resign, timeout, checkmate, a draw, or a confirmed Go score. A game still in progress is not history.
Will my games follow me to a new phone? No. Data stays on the device. Clearing app data or uninstalling cannot be restored from our servers.
The computer’s move looks wrong? Tell us the game, difficulty, about how many moves were played, and your device model and OS version.
